• We are not affiliated with Instagram and cannot remove or alter content on instagram.com.
• We may store/cache thumbnails and metadata to improve performance and user experience.
• We do not access private accounts or bypass privacy/technical controls.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

• Reverse engineering, copying, or framing the Service beyond what is permitted by law.
• Uploading malware or engaging in security breaches.
• Misrepresenting affiliation with us or the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property & License

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
