Important scope notes
- Public content only. We index publicly accessible material. We do not bypass privacy controls or access private accounts.
- We cannot alter Instagram. Removing an item on Dumpor.io does not delete it on instagram.com. File a request with Instagram if needed.
- Caching & thumbnails. Our removal covers cached images, thumbnails, metadata, and prevents re-indexing of the same URLs.
What to include in your request
Submit clear, complete information to help us act quickly:

Tip: the more precise your URLs and proof, the faster we can verify and act.
How we process your request
- Acknowledgment: you’ll receive a confirmation with a ticket ID.
- Initial review: we aim to review well-formed notices within 24–72 business hours.
- Actions we can take: remove Dumpor.io pages, purge cache, block re-indexing, geo-restrict where appropriate, notify uploader if identifiable.
- Transparency: we may forward your notice to the affected party or to transparency archives (e.g., Lumen Database) unless you request redaction.
- Record keeping: we log removal requests to detect abuse and enforce our repeat-infringer policy.
Counter-notice (if you believe removal was a mistake)
If your content was removed and you believe it was misidentified or you have authorization, submit a counter-notice including:
- Your full name, contact email, and physical address.
