Important scope notes

• Public content only. We index publicly accessible material. We do not bypass privacy controls or access private accounts.

How we process your request

• Acknowledgment: you’ll receive a confirmation with a ticket ID.
• Initial review: we aim to review well-formed notices within 24–72 business hours.
• Actions we can take: remove Dumpor.io pages, purge cache, block re-indexing, geo-restrict where appropriate, notify uploader if identifiable.
• Transparency: we may forward your notice to the affected party or to transparency archives (e.g., Lumen Database) unless you request redaction.
• Record keeping: we log removal requests to detect abuse and enforce our repeat-infringer policy.

Counter-notice (if you believe removal was a mistake)
